The fitness center offers 2,400 square feet of fitness equipment, machines and free weights making it easy to enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Top-of-the-line fitness aids include stretch bands and balls, TRX Suspension Training, Power Plate vibration training machine, Expresso, TechnoGym Crossover along with top cardio machines. The fitness center boasts floor to ceiling windows offering breathtaking views of the golf course and resort pools. 

Personal trainers are available to design personalized weight loss or fitness programs based on individual health and fitness needs. The certified personal training staff is top rated in the fitness industry and diverse in experience including golf specific personal training, strength and conditioning, weight loss, flexibility, post physical therapy exercise, group training and long term athletic development for juniors. 

Black Hawk Country Club provides the tools, resources and expertise to help members reach their individual heath and fitness goals in a relaxing and welcoming setting.

Group Exercise

The group exercise program aims to bring the fitness minded together and create a healthy lifestyle for members of all ages. The group exercise studio features a spacious area dedicated to an array of enjoyable formats such as spinning, cardio intervals, yoga, pilates, and weights. The certified instructors bring years of experience with them to help members surpass their current fitness level with fresh and energetic workouts.

Jennifer isthe Black Hawk Country Club Fitness Manager. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Baylor University. Jennifer has numerous forms of Group Exercise certifications, national certification through AFAA and a Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

She has a sincere love for fitness, health and people. Jennifer is available to Black Hawk Country Club Members early mornings as well as during the day.

Educational Background: Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology/ Biology Minor from Stephen F. Austin State University; Graduate Coursework in Exercise Physiology; Physical Therapy & Athletic Training Internships

Specialty: Corrective Exercise and Therapy Rehab to help people with injury prevention and rehabilitation work, with emphasis on Therapeutic Ultrasound and TENS E-Stim. Combined with Corrective Exercise I can help anyone with any physical condition they have.
