Age Requirements and Child Care
Guests must be 14 years of age and older to receive a spa treatment. Guests 14-17 years of age must have a parent or guardian in the spa during the treatment time. These services will be booked with the same gender provider unless requested differently by the parent or guardian. Complimentary child care is available for Spa patrons.
Services should be scheduled at least one week in advance to guarantee availability. A member number or credit card will be used to hold your appointment.
We ask that clients arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment. This will allow clients time to enjoy our amenities and prepare for their spa service. Unfortunately late arrivals will result in a shortened service time and will be subject to our late cancellation/no show policy.
Please cancel your appointments 24 hours in advance to allow others ample time to schedule appointments in your absence. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or “no shows” will be charged 100% of the treatment price.
Please inform Spa Reception and your service provider of any health issues that you may have. Our team of expert therapists will see that your treatment is specialized to your particular needs. If you are pregnant please inform us while scheduling your appointment. Please note that a doctor's note of release is required for all prenatal massages and body treatments 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you are currently taking Accutane, Retin A, or Renova please advise Spa Reception and your service provider. Some treatments, such as waxing, are not recommended for those using these products.
Gift cards can be purchased in any dollar amount and used towards spa treatments, packages or products.
Cell Phones & Smoking Policy
As a courtesy to other spa guests, we restrict the use of cell phones inside the spa. Smoking is not permitted in the spa or around the pool area.
Swedish Relaxation Massage
The classic European full body massage uses long, comforting strokes to provide relaxation, improve circulation and ease muscle tension.
Deep Tissue Massage
A technique focusing on the deeper layers of muscle tissue to release chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep pressure on the contracted areas.
